Cindy Williams, ApexMed's CEO embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 1994, founding Professional Touch Cleaning Services, Inc. from her home. With a passion for delivering the highest standards of quality and customer service, Cindy quickly recognized the unique demands of the medical cleaning industry. Through dedication to excellence and a focus on training, infection control, and exceeding customer expectations, her business flourished into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, serving over 50 medical facilities, including:

With a full range of specialized services, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor scrubbing and waxing, emergency water restoration, and mold remediation, Cindy built a trusted name in the medical cleaning industry. In 2008, after years of success, she sold the company to pursue other ventures but found her heart was still in cleaning.
In 2013, she launched Elite Professional Cleaning Services, focusing again on medical accounts and expanding services with specialized equipment like truck mounts for deep cleaning. Within just three years, Elite became a half-million-dollar business. After selling Elite in 2016 due to health concerns, Cindy has since returned to her passion for creating spotless, safe healthcare environments.
